Labor Support and More
Compassionate and Consistent Support
Pregnancy and childbirth are life changing events that involve an abundance of emotions. Emotional support is an essential part of birth support and helps the mother feel cared for and establishes a sense of empowerment after birth. Having a trusting relationship with your doula can lead to less fear and more confidence in your ability to give birth. Whether that be praying, positive affirmations, meditations, or yoga, your doula will support you.

Home Birth
By request, I will attend your home birth and be a part of your birthing team in the comfort and privacy of your own home. For you and your baby’s safety, home births must be supervised by a midwife or other trained medical person. I offer help and support in choosing the type of birth that you want, and can offer guidance and discussion if a home birth is right for your birth vision.
